As
the New Year approaches, we are taking time to consider how our business had
changed and grown in the past year.
One of our successes is the
growth we have seen in our service departments. As vehicles have become
more technologically advanced, we have seen the increased necessity for
specially made tools, brand and model specific computer diagnostics and advanced
personnel training.
As a result, our customers
realize the value of servicing their vehicle where it will be done
correctly. In addition, each service department has built a team of
wonderful, customer service oriented advisors who truly love the brand they
support and the customers they have come to know. Also, care is being taken to
create comfortable waiting areas offering refreshments, HD TV and Wi-Fi. We
also offer loaner vehicles and free transportation to home or
work.
Whether you purchased your
vehicle from us or not, we appreciate the opportunity to prove ourselves
to new service customers and warmly thank all of our previous service
customers. And, we look forward to (finally) being able to give our Audi family
of customers the location and facility they deserve to meet their servicing
needs in our new facility coming this spring.
