Prior to my move to the mid-part of the state (relocated from W. MA) I was told if ever I needed service on my MB to take it to Shrewsbury- they have great customer service. My first experience- standard C service was a friendly visit. My second visit to the dealership had me a little more concerned about my vehicle until I met with Service Advisor, Mel. Mel lead me to make funny sounds in an attempt to describe what could possibly be wrong with my vehicle. Since a technician was nearby, I asked if she would hop into the car with me so that I could rattle the car for her and technician to hear the sound. Of course, like Murphy's Law- nothing! Mel (and technician) were both very patient and polite. They assured me they would call immediately if they found anything wrong with my vehicle.
I learned after driving away in the loaner, Mel stayed after-hours to assist me (I telephoned her as I had one more question). Hearing this, I am convinced that the Wagner Shrewsbury Dealership is not only concerned about the quality service performed on vehicles, but well committed to providing excellent customer service.
